Clock In/Clock Out for Hourly Staff
Many clubs rely on hourly employees, making time tracking and payroll a crucial administrative task. Previously, clubs had to use third-party platforms to manage staff hours. To simplify this process, we integrated clock-in and clock-out functionality directly into our MyClub™ module. Now, you can generate comprehensive work-hour reports right from clubcloud™, streamlining payroll and reducing the need for external tools.
Advanced Reporting
Data-driven decisions are key to running a successful club. That’s why we expanded our reporting capabilities, empowering you to:
- Analyze court utilization by location and time of day to optimize scheduling.

Instructor View of the Schedule
When managing a dynamic team of instructors, finding coverage or checking availability can be a challenge. Our new instructor view feature allows you to see the daily schedule organized by coach. Whether you need to fill a private lesson slot or confirm who’s available for a clinic, this update makes staffing more efficient than ever.
Enrollment Upgrades
Program enrollments are the backbone of many club operations. We’ve introduced enhancements that turn a once time-consuming process into a streamlined experience:
- Edit specific days within an enrollment to accommodate changes without disrupting the entire session.
- Duplicate enrollments to effortlessly roll over classes and students into new sessions. What used to take days now just takes an hour.
DUPR® Integration
As DUPR® ratings gain traction in racquet sports, we’ve fully integrated this system into clubcloud™:
- Updated player ratings now appear within member profiles.
- Clubs can host DUPR®-rated clinics and events.
- Recreational match results can be reported directly to DUPR®, keeping your players engaged with meaningful competition data.
SMS Waitlist Notifications
Keeping members informed in real-time enhances their experience. Now, when a member is moved from the waitlist into a class, they’ll receive an SMS notification in addition to an email. Faster notifications mean fewer missed opportunities.
Selling and Tracking Pass Packages
Our expanded pass management system allows clubs to offer both individual passes and pass packages for purchase through the web app. These passes are automatically tracked in the member profile and applied until exhausted, making it easier to manage and sell packages seamlessly.
Additional Enhancements

- Check-in notifications alerting staff to issues like failing payment methods or first-time visits.
- Payroll management that assigns pay rates by class or instructor and generates detailed payroll reports for both hourly staff and instructors.
